The Tobacco Prevention and Control Program is dedicated to the implementation of a comprehensive program designed to reduce the prevalence and consumption of tobacco use in NH. The Program's primary goals are to prevent the initiation of tobacco use; to eliminate exposure to secondhand smoke; to promote cessation; and to eliminate the disparate use of tobacco by special population groups in the state.
